The Senate and House of Representatives frequently conduct hearings that review
the performance of the veterans benefits system.
The GAO regularly prepares reports about VA at the request of Congress and
occasionally prepares reports sua sponte.
VA's Inspector General's Office (IGO) periodically issues reports relevant to the
adjudication process.
